Burbank, Calif., October 06, 2009 – Viewers will experience the deep intensity and nuances of the amazing performances in Clint Eastwood’s searing ensemble drama Mystic River, starring Sean Penn, Tim Robbins and Kevin Bacon, Marcia Gay Harden, Laura Linney and Emmy Rossum when it arrives on Blu-ray February 2 from Warner Home Video. Mystic River took two Academy Awards (2003), for Sean Penn (Best Actor) and Tim Robbins (Best Supporting Actor).
With six times higher resolution than standard definition, Blu-ray’s extraordinarily vibrant contrast and color and beautifully crisp sound is bound to enhance Mystic River’s visceral emotions and dark brooding backgrounds.
