Beginning in Atlanta, Orlando,Tampa, New York, and Chicago, you can have a Digital Audio Video.com specialist in your home to solve any number of headaches: from the simplest problem to the largest. From simple player hookup and configuration, to full projector/television ISF calibration, our experts can handle it all for you at YOUR leisure in YOUR home! We will be adding more cities shortly, so please be patient! If you need an In-Home Appointment, simply choose In-Home Service from the pulldown menu and let us know a little of what your needs are, and what city you are located in!

The emergency room is open, so step into the DocDVD/GameGeekz clinic and tell us what ills your home theater. Our staff of DVD physicians will help diagnosis and cure your DVDisease. We don't require an HMO, but before you drop us a line remember these guidelines:

• You may be able to answer your questions without even dropping a line! Check out our the DVD Frequently Asked Questions Page, where you'll find of frequently asked (and answered) questions!
• Get your emails in by 5:00 p.m. EST if you want to insure same-day reply. After that, you'll hear back the next day.
• Our PhD's are specialists. They have a lab of DVD players, DVD-ROM drives, TV sets and other home theater gadgets. But they're not psychics, so the more information you can supply the better they can serve you.
• To guarantee immediate response, we recommend using Netscape or Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and above. Some email systems that are firewalled (i.e., America On Line, Hotmail, Juno, etc.) may experience reply delays.
